It’s finally the last week of the Google Summer of Code 2018. Before I start discussing my work over the summer I would like to highlight my general experience with the GSoC program.
Published:
As discussed in the last blog post, I have been working on expanding JuliaDiffEq’s Global Sensitivity Analysis capability. After the Morris Method we decided to move on to the Sobol Method (indices).

It is the end of the 4th week of GSoC. Things have been going quite smoothly so far and it’s wonderful to see that I get to learn so many new things everyday as the project moves ahead.

The first two weeks of GSoC have ended and completely flipped my sleep cycle around (:P), but it has been a lot of fun and a great learning experience so far. In this blog post I would like to discuss the stuff I have worked on in these two weeks.

Google announced the results of GSoC’18 on 23rd April and I am delighted to share that my proposal was among the 1255 projects selected. I will be a working on DiffEqBayes.jl and DiffEqParamEstim.jl which are Julia packages within JuliaDiffEq for parameter estimation of differential equations, you can find my project’s description here.
